Who we are

DoWithAI Research is a data-driven review platform covering AI tools for professionals. We are not a collective of anonymous freelancers or a content mill — we are a brand entity with a transparent methodology and no hidden incentives beyond the affiliate relationships disclosed on every page.

How we work

Every review on DoWithAI follows the same pipeline:

1. Data collection — we gather pricing, feature, and rating signals from official sites, G2, Capterra, and publicly shared user feedback on Reddit and YouTube.
2. Normalization — data is standardized into a common schema so tools can be compared like-for-like.
3. Scoring — each tool receives a ToolPilot Score using the same five-criteria formula, documented on our methodology page.
4. Publication — reviews ship only when they pass quality gates (minimum three documented limitations, computed score, recent data).

What we do not do

• We do not invent expert personas.
• We do not fabricate testing hours.
• We do not change scores based on affiliate commission.
• We do not hide limitations to protect relationships.
